The images purchased by the Client are strictly produced for private home use only. Photographer grants permission to reproduce and display the images in digital or printed form for personal use.
This clause applies to all social media, including Facebook, Instagram and blogs, although not required, we love a shout out.
The client agrees not to alter the photographs (re-edit, crop or apply filters with photo editing apps and on social media) unless expressive written persmission is granted by Photographer.
The license does not include commercial use, thereof Client agrees that (s)he may not use the images for any editorial , resale purposes , nor enter the images into competitions that would result in any financial gain.
The Photographer retains all copyrights to all images and derivative works thereof. Husband & Wife Photography may revoke this license at any time and for any reason.
The Client grants Photographer permission to use and publish images to further promote its service, including website, portfolio, social media , advertisement and editorial use. Photographer agrees not to resell the images or prints of images without prior written permission from Client.
By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms.
The client hereby assigns and grants Husband & Wife Photography and its legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The client hereby releases Husband & Wife Photography and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. It is agreed that Husband & Wife Photography display and use the photographs taken for advertising, display, website and internet promotion, photographic contests, public display such as in shopping centers, photography books, photography instructional books, store fronts, window displays, studio display, television advertising, magazine advertising and any other purpose thought proper by Husband & Wife Photography.
In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary for the photographer to reschedule the photography session. In the unlikely event of the client’s photographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Husband & Wife Photography's control, the photographer will reschedule the photography session free of charge to the client. The performance of this contract on behalf of Husband & Wife Photography shall be contingent upon acts of God, flood, fire, warfare, government laws or regulations, electrical failure, strikes by suppliers, and/or conditions beyond its control.
